Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 6, 2026

We want everyone to be able to get a quote and run their business on Shofero, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

1. Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance in the United States.

2. What we do

  • Semantic headings, landmarks and a single main heading per page.
  • Every interactive control is reachable and operable with a keyboard, with visible focus.
  • Buttons and links use descriptive labels; icon-only buttons carry accessible names.
  • Form fields have visible labels tied to their input, and errors are described in text.
  • Text and interface colours are checked against the 4.5:1 contrast target, with a dark mode option.
  • Images carry alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • An interface zoom control is available in the app, and the site reflows on mobile.

3. Known limitations

Some complex areas — the drag-and-drop lead pipeline, data tables and the animated product walkthrough — may still be harder to use with assistive technology. Drag-and-drop actions have equivalent menu controls, and the walkthrough is decorative and can be ignored without losing information. We are continuing to improve these.

4. Report a barrier

If something is not usable for you, email support@shofero.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days and will provide the information or service another way while we fix it.
